The rapturous applause at the end says it all. Incredible album, two expansive tracks that take you on an incredible journey. If you're a Jeff Parker, Anna Butterss or indeed a Tortoise fan, you should listen to this.
Heard this on a Quietus playlist and instantly knew it featured guitar virtuoso Stef Ketteringham. I loved his work with Shield Your Eyes. This album features a skronky saxophone which weaves its way through Stef's guitar lines. If you're a fan of wonky blues and Stef's previous work, give this a listen.
One of the greatest albums ever. Hypnotic, krautrock beats, but still has a bonefide pop banger in Cybele's Reverie.
