Rocky continues on an amazing album run, with this project featuring even more versatility than the previous one, combining trap, psychedelia, and cloud rap to produce some of the best songs in his catalogue. Rocky's debut project shaped the cloud rap genre, featuring some incredible beats from Clams Casino, SpaceGhostPurrp, and A$AP Ty Beats. The production was truly ahead of its time, and Rocky's charismatic rapping leaves one hooked on the album. Really the only complaint is his lack of versatility on this project, which we see far more of in later albums.

Rocky's best album imo, it's his most commerical project and for good reason. The rapping on this project is very diverse, from cloud rap like in LVL, to more hardcore stuff like in the posse cut 1Train, to very introspective tracks on the latter half of the album like Phoenix and Suddenly. Rocky also shows his amazing beat selection, cause some of these songs have the best production of all time.
