Perfect. It’s perfect. Every song is so unique and exciting. Zero skips. Pure perfection. Favorite album of all time. Seriously, I’ve probably listened to this over 20 times, and it is still so good. I love it.
This album sounds like something that every teenage girl would be obsessed with at some point. It deals with relationship struggles, insecurities, and emotions that every teenage girl would feel. Josiah Queen’s 1st album, and it’s amazing. I was worried that “The Prodigal (single)” would be the only good song on this album, but the other songs are really good. This is by far the best acoustic sounding Christian album I’ve ever heard. The song “Things That Matter” talks about certain times where he saw bad things happening in the world, but didn’t feel the need to do anything. Doesn’t really sound like Trench, but this album contains some really good songs. I’ve listened to “Overcompensate” 34 times in the past year, and it truly never gets old.
