Quadrupalatinkle and Bombaclat work really great together
tbh I didn't particularly like the brakence songs i have heard before this
but he does well on a la carte
which feels a bit poppier then the much more than melancholic idmthy
the production is much more colorful as well
with smooth percussion, warm bass, and bright piano
but make it all a lot more compact and catchy

Just wow
The music video was enough of a sensory overload and now add the song to it
somehow with so many melodies hitting at once the main melody still shines through, the heavy falling synths and colorful trumpet at the edges
theres the part in the middle that goes quiet for a second
i dont understand the lyrics yet but with the music video combined i get the sense that some evil or bad force is speaking
and then the moment when the music flushes in again is such a whiplash

walls of sound like black midi (not the band)
usually stuff of nightmares (as a kid I used to have dreams that would get louder and louder in my head to the point of claustrophobia, not sure if this is a real thing or not), this has essentially the same sound just that it feels exhilarating and not uh scary hhhhh

This grew on me much more. It's just so beautiful.
edit: it's confirmed there's no Louis Cole feature, but interestingly enough sam wilkes (frequent collaborator of his and part of his+KNOWER's live ensemble) is the bassist on Mouth Flash! which is very cool!!
Also KID FRESINO is a feature as well, very nice to see the two collaborate again:))

I love me some good noises. The song always changes and never lets you breath, maybe only in the beginning when it slowly lets you down into the wall of noise. The percussion ping pongs with a good rhythm, and while at first I thought the distortion was a bit too much I found with later listens that it only made the song more interesting. It could've easily turned out confusing but after listening a couple times I wanted it to continue for more:0
