Randomly decided to check Sombr out. Nothing to write home about, a decent song and I’ll check out a few more
'I Choose You', 'Let Me Go' and 'My Ship'- masterpieces. Close to consistently perfect, if it weren’t for 'Gangster Boogie' which isn’t bad by any means but definitely is a league below the rest
Jungle is great. They turned a (personally) mediocre song into something really interesting. Especially the final minute or so
Even if it’s from a bad movie it’s a great song and I’m giving it extra points because I have a weird nostalgia for it
Might be a hot take, but Coloratura really makes the album somewhat worth listening. Without it, really disappointed
The little instrumental at the start sounds promising, then it’s mostly just unlistenable from there. Right at the end, the final track, Jimmy Cooks, is actually really good
