Fun project from skrillex but nothing jumps out at me as being super new. I was anticipating the release of Soma since his ultra set and smoke is a great release too. Other than that I feel like I've heard skrillex do this sound before and I've heard him do it better (quest for fire). Still glad for the amount of music we've been getting from him these past two years, really seems like he fell back in love with producing all the time.

Is this album good? YES.
Is this album 13 years and a reunion of a classic duo good? Maybe?
I don’t know. Inferno really feels like a return to form BOC album but i can’t help feeling like it’s a little too similar to their old work. Like it’s good but I’ve heard this so many times before from them and I wish there was a bit more to it. I just wish there was some more standout tracks.
Still a great cohesive listen and a wonderful return for BOC fans.

This is infact my tempo.
Art Blakey’s Caravan feels like a cold winter day inside type of jazz, which is to say I didnt LOVE it but it was still great and I think I could listen to it at a better time than 9am on a summers day.
I find it hard to appropriately rate jazz as it all just sounds so good and skillful, I don’t really have an ear for telling what is a great jazz piece and what’s just alright. Maybe cause it’s all great?

A really pretty and moving listen. First project I had listened to from This Will Destroy You, absolutely love the band name too.
Honestly a project thats due for a re-listen in my life, I watched Moneybag recently and forgot how good of an album this was, great post rock project.

Come on this was a 2019-2021 staple and in retrospect it STILL has hits. Top 2 of his albums, maybe even better in what it sets out to do over GBGR, although slightly less iconic.
