This was a huge undertaking as his discog is gigantic, I am not including compilations on this one. Some of these have no comments because I am tired, and I literally have very little to summate them with, shut it.
Also NO MACHINECODE ON HERE, IM RANKING THEM SEPARATELY
1.
So far ahead of the curve that this style has yet to have a name for itself (I call it post-Neurofunk though), this album will likely be my pick for the best electronic (EDM) album of the decade.
Current Value took the fundamentals of Neurofunk, Techstep, and Darkstep he had been mastering for the past 24 years, and basically said: "Let's throw a bunch of them out and try something new". The result was a cold, alien-sounding LP that constantly leaves me feeling isolated, confused, yet engrossed in its soundscape.
2.
His first proper foray into Neurofunk led to one of the greatest projects ever to grace the genre.
3.
Laying down a ton of groundwork for Platinum Scatter here, while being quite distinct from that project.
4.
Somewhere between The All Attracting and Platinum Scatter in sound, while sounding unlike either project at several points
5.
Pretty defining neurofunk release for him, and one of the biggest Neuro albums of that year period.
6.
The best project out of his skullstep era, and you have to basically go out of your way to listen to it.
7.
One of his best neurofunk projects; like Deadly Toys but without any fluff
8.
Freaking incredible for '99
9.
Darkstep and Techstep done insanely well, an absolute adrenaline rush of a listen
10.
A great collaborative EP
11.
Nice, bass-heavy, vibey neurofunk
12.
The Field alone earns it this placement.
13.
Some pretty fantastic skullstep
14.
Grotesque but also fascinating.
16.
Propped up by an excellent VIP, the originals also carry serious bite
17.
The final echoes of his 2010s neurofunk era (in his LPs anyway)
20.
Could've been so much more, but an enjoyable time notheless
21.
Again, more great techstep
22.
Spotty in the best of ways
24.
A consistently solid time
28.
Scatter-brained but quite satisfying
29.
Feels like driving I'll give 'er that
31.
Might have scored higher if I could hear tracks in full.
32.
A really solid debut effort!
37.
One of the more atmospheric releases from him. Keeps up with the standard
38.
The only DSS that makes it onto this ranking due to a technicality.
39.
At nearly 2 hours you'd think it'd be shit
40.
Misplaced ambient track but bangers otherwise
41.
Korsakov-core but still solid
42.
The biggest black sheep in his discography, and ahead of its time on one track
43.
Unofficial release that's surprisingly quality
