I seen someone do this Album recently and decided I wanted to give Carly Rae another chance. Cut To The Feeling has a very bubblegum pop opening and I kind of like how bubbly it felt? Does that make sense? I like this song a bit more than anything on Dedicated but it still isn’t quite a ten for me. The start of First Time immediately made me want to pay attention to the song. I do like this song more than Cut To The Feeling I just wish it kept that high energy for the entire song and did ... read more
It is a little weird to me that my first ever rating was C,XOXO 101 reviews ago and I am just getting around to her again..... 4 months later. But anyways can we talk about how great of an opener Shameless was for this album??? Perfection in every single way. I have not fully heard this album and Living Proof is one of those songs that I never heard before. I lowkey do not like it, the beat and sound of it is very gross to me it just does not hit as hard as Shameless did. Another one I ... read more

The beginning of Alejandro is honestly so iconic and I do love the song like it has such an easily recognizable beat and is another great gaga song. I had never heard Monster before ... read more
Fun Fact, I know French. Fille de joie is such a beautiful song that starts with a classical start and talks about how someone can tell you time and time again you are talked about among the starts, lying that you were fine but the chaos surrounds you. It is also constantly reassuring that she is not a lady of the night. I forgot how literal the French language is, but LVQM is another pretty song with a sad meaning about how you can love a man who makes your dreams come true and out of nowhere ... read more
But to kick this album off Never Really Over has always been one of those Katy songs I love but don't go out of my way to stream it. I feel like smile was a lowkey divorce album from Katy but she is so infectiously positive missed it on my first listen. I remember seeing the spotify video thing for Cry About It Later and immediately going to see the music video. I think it's a cute campy song but I wish it had more going on and was not as repetitive as it is. I will say, when I saw ... read more
