I wasn't familiar with Japanese Breakfast until a few weeks ago when i listened to Jubilee and i wasn't disappointed it's a nice album and one of my favorite albums of this year so i decided to listen to the rest of their albums starting with psychopomp and then this album and I really enjoyed it, I liked it more than Jubilee and in my opinion it was an improvement from their debut album.

I remember listening to Coloratura back in july and I got kinda hyped for their album, that song is one of the best songs they have released in the last 10 years. Everyday Life wasn't a bad album at all but it's not that great either but damn I was really expecting they would release another semi decent album. This album is overhated just because... it's a maroon 5 album i'm pretty sure if this album was released by another band it would have a better user score. It's not a masterpiece but it's a nice debut album.
