I've been thinking about A Quiet Farwell a lot lately, and I think it's a 10 now.

I think the "Smile" songs act as the focal point of the album. I didn't notice at the time, but putting the songs in order makes for an interesting revelation. Fortunately, somebody already did that on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zae_RC6x6oU

I watched Synecdoche, New York for the first time last Wednesday. I still can't stop thinking about it. I still reflect back on it, trying to unravel it's many uses of thematically-tied symbolism in my head. I think it's now my favorite movie, for the same reason my favorite album is The Age of Adz by Sufjan Stevens.
