While it is heavy as shit and slams fucking hard, the production just feels so clean to me. A fun listen with great riffs and vocals but I just find it to be too squeaky clean compared to something nasty and raw like Suicide Silence's The Cleansing or even Thy Art is Murder's Hate.

Great songs on top of great songs. This definitely leans more alternative than her new album but I still find it to be really really enjoyable

I get it's supposed to be an artistic and an emotional journey, but I just feel like it drags out for so long and so much of it is super boring ambient sounds, so while I do get the appeal and why it's so critically acclaimed, I just didn't see myself enjoying the project as a whole. I love the parts where all the instruments kick in at full force with the vocals, those parts are amazing, I just think there wasn't quite enough of that.

Some good songs on this, the weak tracks really ruin it though.
