I'd honestly go as far to say this is one of the best rap albums of the 90s. The songs are just so groovy in a way that most rap of its time could not achieve. Damn shame Big Pun died almost a decade before I was born.
You guys are shitting on this too much. This is a pretty solid collaborative project. It's a little different from normal rap rock, but it's also got some really rough areas that keep this from mid-80s.
I do Enjoy Incubus very much. Really short but nothing but straight jet fuel from Fungus Amongus and some new bangers.
Quite possibly the best rap album out there. There's a very definitive style of guitar riff that watermarks every song. Zack definitely has some talent over here
Very strange, but also very boring. You do not need 8 minutes to build up like 4 lines. Production is alright in this one, but Oktopus definitely shines a lot better in later records.
This album definitely feels like an acid trip in rap form. My only problem is that there are just way too many songs with nothing going on. Never Catch Me is definitely the highlight of this, easily best and most popular, but there are definitely some other bangers.
This is some corny ass incel music. That voice gets very, very annoying after a while, and the lyrics are little pathetic. Nice ass cover though.
Apparently my mother's ex-boyfriend smoked a joint with Frank Ocean, and he was kind of a dick. I don't know for sure, but either way I still really liked this album. Way more melodic and not boring. It looked the more minimalist songs in this album got way better reception, so I can see why Blonde is the way it is, but I just don't like it.
"Charlie Kirk Forever Alve" lol I can't believe this AI shit got so popular. I don't rate clanker slop
Apart from the album cover looking dope as hell, the music in this pretty good. My favorite part is "I'M FREEEEEEEEEEEEE" ten billion times. Funny every time. Seriously though, I feel like this album could've been much better had he put more effort and made this longer instead of splitting it with ye, because this one is just way better.
I don't normally like their "matured" sound, but it's actually not too bad this time around. A step up from their previous album for sure, but a lot of these songs just still just sound slow and boring, they're just not nearly as awful.
I like the sort of weirdcore feel you get from this. Production on this album is crazy, and I like the whole dynamic with the puppet. There is definitely a difference in the quality between the first and second halves of these songs
I don't know why Brandon uses that super high voice this whole album, it just doesn't sound good. A lot of these songs can go somewhere based solely on their instrumentals but then the lyrics come in and ruin the songs. It's also pretty boring.
It's alright, definitely not as strong as some of their later work, but still fairly solid.
Definitely a lot of classics in here, just not really my type of music though.
I was told by so many that this album was amazing and that it would change me or some shit. This is actually one of the most boring things I've heard. I can't finish without zoning out.
