this is one of the worst albums I've EVER heard in my life!! what is it trying to achieve? what is he trying to say?
Rubber Soul is not the best Beatles album, but it surely is one of my favorites. first of all, it’s probably the first time the band truly delivered an ALBUM instead of just a collection of more or less cohesive songs. second, I really enjoy the folk influences blended with the rock-and-roll and experimental sounds, possibly brought by Harrison. it makes the album sound soft, intimate, and cozy while still having plenty of character. however, I do think a few songs blend together in the ... read more
i am a huge Kacey Musgraves fan and have been since 2018 when i first listened to Golden Hour (92/100 for me). Middle of Nowhere is my favorite album of the year, disputing the spot with James Blake’s Trying Times.
