I'm not a rap guy, so maybe I'm missing something, but this was 11 minutes of pure shit. Nothing here sounds good.
A very consistent and aggressive album that has some great moments, but I can't help but feel as if 23 minutes is barely an album. It would've been nice to see this be longer, as it's a little unsatisfying as is, but ignoring the runtime, it's a great metal project I'll probably be coming back to quite a lot.
The cover art completely threw me off because this sounds nothing like it. It's a very interesting blend of synthpop and EDM that somehow has PVRIS on it for some reason, and it's actually PVRIS's one good song I've heard so far. This EP is very well produced and is quite consistent, being an interesting and polished project.
A very standard BLURREDMOVEMENT song, but one that goes hard nonetheless.
This was probably the exact opposite of what I expected, but with a Big Nate cover, I don't know what I thought I was in for. It's some weird breakcore-adjacent song that's pretty decent but nothing too interesting.
Half of the drops in this album are decent, and half of them sound like shit. BEJUBSTEP 3 is a really weird mesh of a bunch of unique ideas that sadly don't hit consistently as hard as I'd've hoped, but there is definitely a basis for something good here.
The phonk influences make this song not only super unique, but it helps make the song's atmosphere more fast-paced and epic, and I'm all here for it.
I can't understand any of the vocals, but the vibe is off of the charts.
This album is completely different from any metal I've heard before. Rift in Reality is a hell of an experience, being primarily composed of many extremely brutal death metal elements, but with a surprising twist of electronics. This works exceptionally well in my opinion, especially as seen in Cosmic Plague, as I love phonk and the cowbell is an addicting touch to the song that makes it all the more memorable. Overall, this album is a fun project front to back, even if I can't ... read more
Some great hardstyle from both artists, Warface especially as I feel he's been pretty mid recently.
Ehh... I mean, it's really corny and repetitive, but for what it's worth it's not bad.
My personal favorite from the album. It's unfathomably energetic while still being aggressive and heavy as hell, and the drumming here is completely unreal. It sounds kind of like Slipknot but somehow even more jumpy and energetic.
One of the weaker ones on the album, but even for being one of the weaker tracks, it absolutely slams.
Thanks to my friend Gavin for the rec
This album is a full 53 minutes of masterful drumming, sludgy riffs, and explosive vocals that never stops to take a breather. It's a brutal project that is completely unrivaled in every way, with each track keeping the same insane energy levels as the last. There isn't a single miss here and it's front to back an enthralling album with unmatched anger and energy.
