I was waiting for this EP to grow off of me, but after 5 months of it being in my rotation it still hasn't. This is some elite indie pop and the vibe on this album is just like having a crush for the first time. In my opinion the greatest album of all time. More than deserving of its reputation, status, and fame that it has obtained over the years. Cannot say enough amazing things about this album. Amazing messages, Ms. Lauryn Hill is not only an amazing vocalist and lyricists but her rapping and even speaking performances are engaging and entertaining. I can’t say anything bad about this album. If you haven’t heard this, treat yourself.

I’ve been sitting and relistening to this album over and over, maybe just waiting for the moment it would grow off me and the “new album hype” cycle would just die down. It didn’t. This album is absolutely amazing, very consistent, and every song has gotten stuck in my head at least once. In my opinion this is Jean Dawson at his best: unpredictable, uncontrollable, and infectious.
