Alright I'm bored at work so it's time to give my favorite album of all time a proper review. Joanne is often regarded as Lady Gaga's worst album by hard core fans (despite being beloved by millennial women everywhere), which is a stance that I am sympathetic towards despite my own personal opinions. I tend to like David Guetta's production so this is a banger in my book!
In preparation for the sequel, it's only right that I review the original Confessions on a Dancefloor. Coming hot on the heels of 2003's poorly received American Life, which I personally think is a great album although most disagree, Madonna moves towards full on club bangers with Confessions. Interesting production and a new vocal style from Ariana make this a great lead single choice!
I know this is a rather belated review given that Superbloom released over a month ago, but I still wanted to touch on it as I think that it is one of the most interesting projects that has come out this year. As my review of her last album may indicate, I have had a contentious relationship with Jessie Ware and the praise she gets, and I found That Feels Good to be rather boring.
