first of all - killing time is 2024 SOTY. album highlights - killing time, image, death and romance, that's my floor, cry for me. i will be honest i think the rest of the album didn't speak to me as much but the highlights carried my 2024 (alongside brat) and the soundscape is so lush and experimental and rich and full. distortion on the guitars. percussive drum fills and drum mixing. i really like micas vocals she reminds me of aqua. anyways i feel like imaginal disk filled the spot ... read more
icl this one is so solid. so fresh so fun so interesting. 8 years of listening and STILL every track. is good. that is rare. tracklist order is brilliant. that 3-part blue-red-yellow album thing had a chokehold on 12 year old me. there is something sooooo november-december winter air about this one. i guess maybe it gets a little bit boring (compared to the brilliance that the rest of the album is) towards the middle (e.g. bored, crash&burn) but even those are bangers. soooo. you cannot go ... read more
