Although some of that magic still pokes its head through here and there, it’s largely obscured by Vertigo's overarching lethargy.
Filled with incredible production and excellent alt-pop songwriting, "vertigo" is a fantastically-crafted, frequently beautiful and severely underrated record. It's surprisingly experimental compared to EDEN's previous works, and the vocal performances are even stronger here. Certainly not for everyone, but I will defend this album with my life. Absolutely love it. Plus it manages to somehow be even better live.

I love this album. The production on these tracks wows me every time I hear it. Especially on tracks like icarus, float, and start//end; it's just so freaking cool. I vibe with the moodiness so hard. It's one of my go to albums to dissociate to. The only major issue I have with it is that the middle section lulls a bit. All of the tracks at that point are samey acoustic cuts. I listened to it the day of its release. Fell in love instantly. Nowadays, I still love to play it without skippng any track. Some songs like wrong, lost//found or wonder are pretty raw, others like crash, float or icarus are more experimental.
