I don't know what it was about this track, but it just seemed to have meaning on more than one topic for me. The interview EE had with Annie Mac on BBC shed some light on the meaning behind the lyrics which, in my opinion, took away something from the track. Knowing that the "the thing you want" was in fact to come up with lyrics is a lot less meaningful than what I had previously thought the song to be about.
