It's a very consistent album, but that does kinda come with the cost of songs blending together. But the sound it blends to is a good sound so there's that. Other than that, it's Breaking Benjamin doing well at Breaking their Benjamin.
3rd Breaking Benjamin album, still going on the good album train, it's definitely a lot more polished in the production department than the last 2. This is their most praised album and I can definitely see why.
Breaking Benjamin's second album; good follow up to their previous, not a bad song on this. I really enjoy the deep cuts, and everything else, but especially the deep cuts. My favorites off this are: Firefly, Breakdown, and Away; though it's hard to break it down (pun not intended) to just a few favorites.
My favorite Breaking Benjamin album, and I'd say their most underrated by a large margin. The production is noticably not as good as their other projects, especially on Ben's vocal at times (maybe better than Ember), but I'm a sucker for minimal production anyway. This album really pulls me in. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it certainly is mine.
Why weren't these bonus tracks on the base album? It would've made a overall okay album to a very solid one. I adore Let You Fade and Good Things Go, I can take or leave a lot of the heavy songs though.
