RUBY might've been the greatest out of all BLACKPINK solo projects. The amount of versatility it contains should be studied, and the way it still feels so consistent is admirable. JENNIE proved herself as an actual artist with this one, and I can't help but give kudos to this project of hers.

I went in blind, and I'm so glad I trusted that one stan account on Twitter a year ago. My favorite album from my favorite artist. THE FAMILY JEWELS is an absolutely stunning debut from MARINA, and will forever be an all-time classic for me. Her writing back then was such a great experience, and I don't think that she'll ever be able to top the artistry she showed with this project. Being a bit messed in the head gave us this piece, but I'm glad that she's ready to go forward and create something happier than most of the tunes on this one.
