Being an overall step up from the original, Scarlet 2 shows a lot more of doja strengths and better lyricism from her. Despite being much better overall, Doja does fail to reach the heights of the original Scarlet, such as 'Paint The Town Red' and 'Skull and Bones'. The deluxe shows a lot of potential from doja in the future and while not on the level of the amazing Planet Her she is that her switch to full rap might’ve not been a bad choice at all.
