Coma Ecliptic, sees Between the Buried and Me sadly take their music in a more safer direction, with its cleaner production and dropping it more aggressive metalcore elements for decent good results, the technical display is good and the album is engaging although the band doesn't justifiy the album length and has some amazing moments but feel too sparse for me to enjoy it more. In turn, they moved to a more accessible sound but I feel lost some magic which made Colors impressive.
