You can kind of tell she would evolve as one of the greatest artist of all time!!
Jazz with Björk is an amazing surprise. It surely doesn’t reflect what would be her greatest sound, but it is something interesting.
Kind of underrated as a whole. Glad to know that this consistent beyond the hits and singles.
I honestly, really couldn’t care about this.
Though, I am interested in reading her journal entries.
I can’t really get into the singing with the accent. For Gorillaz? That’s completely different—somehow.
A lot of these songs are pretty good while others are just whatever. I do feel like if I were to make an animated teen drama, a lot of these songs will be on the soundtrack. It just sounds super care-free and snotty (that just might be the accent, but the tone just feels that way).
This is where I realize I don’t know A Lot of music made by bands.
Anyways, these covers where very interesting and kind of bad ass (?). They added a lot of different context (I could imagine) from the original covers. I will definitely listen to the songs I haven’t before.
I especially enjoyed “In Dreams;” the soundscape is incredible.
Not going to lie, the most fun I had was hearing Westside Gunn’s adlibs and then Damon Albarn singing with Westside Gunn in the background—I kind of went animalistic. I wanted to shout along, but the darkness would not appreciate that.
Mwah 😘
I don’t know man—lack the hate and the love like most of the people who interact with this. Let’s just say the wait was wiiild for this. This isn’t me being shady or anything of that matter.

Underscores is so fun. If only I had somebody else to have fun playing this with. :(
For me to comfortably bare my skin on the soil, I must rap my entity around the tree and devour the fruits.
As always, Slowcore got me thinking about my soul and its connections with nature.
Great stuff. I found his voice super pleasing.
The closer is my highlight on this listen, I can’t guarantee the next one. I will say, it felt satisfying to my taste as well as with what this record accomplishes.
It also has “Nature Recordings,” so that was a delightful place to be ... read more
Of course Clipse is the highlight of this LP.
I don’t know how he got all the women to flock for him—could never be the lyrics.
Am I supposed to the sympathize? I feel like the generational gap could only bring loses the newer listeners.
Timbaland and The Neptunes production will forever be on top for the 2000’s and when hitting the nostalgia run. Though, I will say, they could always make their returns if done correctly ( I am looking at you, Timbaland).

Oh M G, Quesadilla sampled “Replica” for “Man Sitting on my left shoulder” (I think that is what is called). That’s lowkey based.
This is fire!! Ambience is so underrated. I would encourage so many people to give it a try and listen in bed. You can close your eyes and lay down as the sonics take over. If I was running a haunting house this would play like the burial project (maybe towards the beginning since it is much more lighter, but remains very mysterious and ... read more
Don’t get me wrong, this is pretty good, but I didn’t connect to it like the big Imogen Heap project. The instrumentation is a lot more soft and full rather than super upbeat and stoic (?). That tone isn’t one I am super keen on when it comes to the sonic and Imogen’s artistic ability. That is to say, this project is still fantastic and stands the test of time.
It’s still sad as ever. I don’t think that will ever change.
I probably have to listen to this ... read more
“Underneath it all” is a BANGER!! It has grown on me a lot the more I have listened to it for the past couple of years. Everything else is pretty cool. For some reason, they were obsessed with reggae along with the usual pop rock sound. She has a great voice for this genre. It’s a shame she isn’t a rockstar, anymore. This was fun for a first listen. Will probably come back for the song listed above and “Hella good.” Yeah, that’s it.
I came into this not expecting to enjoy this so much. I love how it sounds overexposed and fried over. I was never one for the witch house vocals and mixing, but this changed my perspective on that.
It sounds completely messed up and for that, I couldn’t not enjoy it. The lyrics also add to the vibe. I specifically love how choruses, for the most part, are repeated words or phrases and that just adds to the unhinge vibe. Let’s just say I am in the I love it crowd.
I am not going to lie, guys. I don’t think I really like her voice especially in a lot of these rerecordings. It just sounds so awkward. Though, I am a firm believer that track #12 sounds so much better re-recorded.
“Nothing New” is goated and I have had the opinion ever since my ears first listened.
Yeah, I think is a lot where it comes down to personal preference and I just don’t think it sounds super fantastic.
Maybe her songs shouldn’t be longer. Lol
These remixes were alright until it felt like it was too much. They didn’t need to stretch any of her songs thrice as long as they originally are.
This felt like grifting on the dance music wave. It didn’t feel like Demi put any original spin on it.
I just didn’t care. It feels like filler for radio.
