pretty good that the guys who left PatD went on to make this very nice beach boy-esque project, it's very nice and takes some of the Pretty. Odd. aesthetic and just makes it more pop, which is a welcomed transformation.

I hear a lot of people saying that one horrible song was her breakout but to me it was always I Wish I Was Stephen Malkmus that came up in my mind when thinking about her and her sound. i just got into them this year and their stuff is very good. this might be my favorite of theirs more for the diverse tracklist but also the sounds in here. they're so comforting.

they really complement each other don't they, connor and phoebe are the best duo to come out of 2020, sincerely and honestly. the sounds they make reverberate through your soul. it doesn't hurt it's that one album you were looking for all year. the one with that one song that you overheard while passing someone else's funeral, not someone you know but someone you somehow felt a great connection to even without barely knowing.
