To me, it feels longer than it actually is... Not really a good sign here. There are a bunch of great Individual songs, but as an album, it doesn't have the same "star power" that the others have

Okay, reading the reviews I'm glad to know that my opinions on it are shared by many others. Haven't listened to Sasha Fierce, but for now Dangerously in Love is my least favorite Beyonce album. The ballads don't work for me most of the time.

Very pretty, but its tranquility bores me a little too much...
My favorite part is that she presents There's More To Life Than This as a live performance and labels it as one in the title, but I think that it's just made to sound like it to support the theme of the song. That way she already showed that she is going to do unique things in the future, and I'm very excited for her future albums

I started listening to full albums in 2024, after I never did that before then (aside from Ariana). I found some great, even incredible, new music and artists that way.
Now I try to write reviews. Which means I write some, then forget for a few months. So I listen and have listened to way more albums than you see here.
