i just need people to see this description on the full album's youtube video:
Venetian Snares, currently out on bail, once again makes a way better Venetian Snares record than you could ever make! Detrimentalist, Venetian Snares' 332nd official studio album of disgusting ejacutronic rave horn is fresh off the bakery truck to pluck out your brain cells and replace them with inescapable k-hole oblivion! This is really a roots record for Mr.Snares, revisiting those days when jungle was ... read more
okay first piwon! i think i like it! it can feel a little corny at times, with some of the chanting and many of the english lyrics, but it reminds me of old school kpop in the way that it just doesnt care. it might not age well but neither did a lot of 2011 kpop and we love it for that.
mayhem ive always loved u... all hits no misses, very appealing and very listenable imo, with good consistent energy. shark will always be so reliable for good electro house

i dont feel strongly one way or the other about this ep.. nice rhythms, feels quite campy. the bleeping in baby not baby REALLY takes me out of it omg
very solid k-r&b entry, im liking it! i think his vocals really make it, theyre so clean and satisfying. very easy listen

a nostalgia pick for me. this album is so 2013 it actually like physically hurts. the music videos were everything to me, they turned me into a british bisexual party girl
ok its a very skz sound but its not PEAK skz sound, like come on stays we know what heights they can really achieve. the structures of these songs are really everywhere, really incoherent, the genre is inconsistent, and just a personal take this autotune has got to stop
so spacey and so LOUDDD, i like loudness but its gotta be the right pitch yk otherwise its tinnitus city, trip & tumble straddles the line

wait, youre telling me Magnetic WASNT sung by ai Seventeen???
juicy, glittery, dreamy, cute-cool. overall pretty comfortable for kpop standards but a nice little subset of it, and it may just leave u feeling siwonhae
what is a slap bass doing here! good use of diverse sounds, creates a lot of crunchy texture and moves around to very interesting places. i really like what it does atmospherically but im not so much a fan when the actual rock kicks in
I know a lot of people take up complaints with einar’s vocals and wish it was just bjork (and admittedly her voice in this does really move me she just has SO much life in her), but idk i think it adds to the vision of the band as being unpredictable, full of energy and zaniness! u can sing however you want! whine, growl, howl, whisper, say weird things, just join the wackiness
okay, a solid rnb album that feels a little retro (like retro in that unmistakably contemporary way) and is especially cohesive in the start. fun instrumentation, it sits around a little bit though and i personally do not like this mumbly whispery singing voice
my first real TXT exposure (im not counting ggum) and thats NOT how i expected it to start, am i listening to evanescence? what are these vibes?? im like getting genre whiplash from this. it does some fun things but also some very regular bland things
this is definitely one of the more robust examples of tv personality music, i feel like it could have been the first step to really grow into a vibe truly separate from her entertainment life. but we just got the first step. thanks for the good music bridgit, have a good satellite data startup
VERY solid barring a few moments that felt theatrical bordering on campy and unserious. but it maintains its composure pretty well. what i want to note is the composition of most of these songs from start to finish and the journey they take you on. they make such good use of quiet and space to have you hanging on to each little note and pause and feel winded when they develop into something so strong and lush
ooh! ooh!! okay!!! good start! its a bit of a quality rollercoaster though. some REALLY varied and unexpected vibes in here, some songs very boring others very busy, and we absolutely did not end where we started. but yk what its making me want to listen to more zb1. they dont always do what i like, but WHEN they do its slaps
