this made me very disturbed and confused and that's usually a good thing but this one is Just kinda... no. the vocals annoy me most of the time, the production is not really good, just feels noisy for the sake of it.
i mean, i get the context behind it and all but everything feels like just hearing what goes on inside someone's disturbed mind and it just ends up being frightening and a bit sad, but it also has no coherence or anything remotely interesting for me to come back.

i risk to say this is the most innovative record to date. not only by defying convencional musical structures in its D'n'B and piano tracks, Drukqs also makes you chance your perspective in how to listen to music. richard himself said that the intent behind this was for the user to choose their favorite songs and listen to them how they wanted, it's almost like just a big playlist.
