This is definitely gonna be a 100 for me down the line... I can see it. Like these two have a potential classic on their hands with this one here. When I first heard the singles I was a bit worried that the production and writing would get one-note (especially since none of them really stood out to me at the time) but I should've known better forreal. The mood throughout this thing is so fuzzy, warm, and smooth and it helps that Liv.e is such a charming and snappy writer and performer. The ... read more
So, now Peggy got to possibly deal with Earl, MIKE & 10K and 'em, Teller Bank$ & q no rap name, and maybe even Armand Hammer (again) and Theravada too. ThisMuthaFuckaPeggyissoDamnStupid!! (derogatory)
Edit: I PUT SUM LINES OF THE... LEMON LIME 🔥🍋🍋🔥
Listening to this, after that new Peggy album is such a breathe of fresh air. Like, it's so crazy that this one song is better than like every song on the actual "EXPERIMENTAL RAP" album
I mean, maybe things'll change once the full album comes, but as of right now, some this dude's latest stuff just hasn't been hitting the same. This isn't bad or egregious by any means but this ... read more
Never heard of this dude in my life but this song has me in fucking chokehold. Nolan kept with Mike well, hell I'd say he actually outrapped him a bit (R.I.P. Trugoy the Dove though). The beat has a real crunchy feel to it (fits the balloon, "inflated-head" aesthetic) and that damn chorus is an earworm

Edit: Also I love the cover too. The style looks really familiar, like I swear I've seen this image ... read more
This is easily one of, if not the greatest hip hop album of the decade right now (No, it ain't Clipse or John Michel or anything Peggy, stop lying). Like, there's no debate about; I ain't hearing it. It's crazy how with just 11 tracks, he's able just take you on such an entrancing journey. Melding the concept of kids trying to revive their friend from the dead (Hence the "We're Outside, Rejoice!" parallels to the story of Orpheus & Eurydice....thank ... read more
