Steve Lacy - The Lo-Fis
94

Maybe I'm just weird but other than the length of some of the songs, I loved this. That's No Fun is an especially good one

Kanye West - Graduation
87

but he made graduation

It's a pretty good album, but some of the tracks (Drunk and Hot Girls, Barry Bonds) didn't really fit with the album to me.
I Wonder and Stronger are great tracks, and Good Morning is a really nice intro track.

Foo Fighters - But Here We Are
100

Love the powerfulness of the album, the use of heavy distortion and massive sounding guitar riffs, especially in Rest, it really shows the emotions of the band.

On homuli's review of Casiopea - TRUE BLUE
"all love bro but jazz fusion is not always about constant improvisation (if you want that just look at miles davis and similar artists), but when it comes to this style of jazz fusion the "jazz" comes from the complex harmonies, structure and improvised solos, not necessarily improvisation through the main themes of each piece. i don't think its as good as casiopeas other work but to even claim that casiopea in general is soulless is absurd considering the immense virtuosity of the earlier lineups; tears of the star is one of the most heart wrenching instrumentals ever recorded, and fightman from the casiopea vs t-square concert is full of personality and powerful energy. thats my 2 cents tho"
