I like the political aspect of it, but vocally it still lacks a little. The production is catchy and captivating though.

A masterpiece of modern rap. So visionary, multicultural and socially conscious. The lyrics are boundary-breaking and hopeful, being able to not only represent Simz’s culture but also traverse in a captivating way through visionary stories, using masterfully of her unmatched voice. In general, I love the surrealistic feel of it and Matt and Mica’s different sounds, the unique adventures it provides is stunning and very satisfying.

Moreover, the tone is appealing, contributing to an enjoyable and engaging, if somewhat superficial aesthetic. There are some filler songs that if cut out, would’ve made the experience eventually better. As a whole, it’s more of the same Uzi sound, but its repetitiveness doesn’t ... read more
