Athera is a band that has been on my song rotation for a while its so awesome to see their song writing get better, them with a good mix would be so perfect excited to see what they do next.
Not sure if this is straight edge metal but it sure sounds like it, out of all the arkangel worships this is pretty original putting some modern metalcore influences while not sounding annoying.
Yet another band on this recent influx of post hardcore revival bands i love that this is becoming a thing, honestly the post-hardcore style of breakdowns might be my favorite one and this record has plenty of that specially on the first song.
Previous to this i have only listened to their latest album so i didn't have the highest opinion of them but man i was wrong.
Everything on this is perfect, an insane amount of godly riffs, the vocals are awesome, the mix is on point i genuinely cannot find faults on this album.
