It’s Iceman! After 2 years drizzy is back and it’s ok. There’s nothing abhorrently bad on iceman, but the highlights feel like they fall flat and the rest of the tracks all sound almost identical. Whatever it was that made Drake special, he’s lost it.

Definitely an album of the year.
But. You can tell Ye actually wanted this to be a respectable project, which it definitely is when compared to his recent releases. Also good on him for dealing with his mental health.
Edit: the more I listen to this the more it feels like Kanye has defeated the Ye-meister
“The Falloff is like Hov dropping reasonable doubt last” makes a lot of sense when you remember that reasonable doubt is like Jay Z’s 3rd best album
