Okay them krnb/khh artists are finally going back to their og sound… this is the 2016/2017 krnb we’ve been missing… DIMO REX understood the assignment.
Wait all I know is that he’s from France, but while stalking his account I think he might actually be ethnically Moroccan… correct me if I’m wrong.
IF HE IS MOROCCAN I’M GOING TO LOSE MY MIND.
I literally just had a whole conversation with HB about how we lack electropop/digicore artists from Morocco, and he was like “they must exist, just search them up”… and now here we are.
I’M FR FR if he is Moroccan (ra ghadi nbki fl fa5r). I actually ... read more
This is what mixing sza, muni long, ella mai & kiana ledé songs would give u. I M IN LOVE. It’s just R&B excellence.
A YOUNG POSSE DIGICORE SONG… oh i DREAMT ABOUT THIS… if this WONT BE their signature sound from now on… I- … the girls aint playing.
And the JERSEY CLUB RAP MOMEMT YAS.
Effie babe count your days.
I’m kinda disappointed, ngl. I was expecting something on the level of the quirkiness and weirdness of UNCUT GEM (the best K-pop album of 2025, idc). I hate when groups start changing their sound just to appeal to the mainstream. And yeah, with this change, it’s clearly working like everyone is praising the album. But me? I wanted something closer to GROUNDWORK and THERE THEY GO.
I was genuinely confused about the album’s sonic direction, and then it clicked: Dem Jointz ... read more
Dont play with me A. G. Cook was in that MF STUDIO…this is screaming his production when it comes to progressive house.
This is literally slayyyter’s crank x cannibalism! x beat up chanel$
The way this duo might be the best we’ve had in the K-pop industry since Irene & Seulgi is honestly shocking to me. I can’t remember another K-pop duo that made me feel this invested and completely mesmerized by both their vocal abilities and unique visuals, combined with such a fresh, well-executed concept.
I never thought I’d say this, but JYP is genuinely dethroning SM as the label known for consistently creating groups with both high-quality music and strong vocals. ... read more
I’ll start by saying I’m beyond disappointed and honestly, I blame myself for staying hopeful. Even after Back It Up clearly hinted at what this era was going to be, I still believed that at least the tracklist would be interesting.
This is what happens when art loses its message. This EXO comeback feels like nothing more than an SM business move to generate money. It lacks every trait of what an intentional comeback should have from the promotions, to the concept photos, to the ... read more
The main issue with this album is that they wasted a beautiful concept album on poor-quality title tracks and B-sides. The interludes are the only truly listenable parts of the album (with the exception of Sleep Tight). Oh God, I really love spoken word and i think that LE SSERAFIM’s intros finally have some real competition in the K-pop scene.
Honestly, listening to the interludes without the songs felt like watching a movie. Especially the Chinese version which cleared every other ... read more
I can’t believe I’m writing this, but this mini-album may be one of the best ballad albums ever released in the K-pop scene. I genuinely did not expect something this phenomenal, especially after what I personally found to be some disappointing and uninspiring releases from Seventeen and their other sub-units.
Ballads are often labeled as boring, but when an artist knows how to transmit emotional and sensual energy through their vocals, the song is elevated into something truly ... read more
I wanna start by saying that my main issue with Chuu’s album is how the sound didn’t fully match what I was expecting. The concept photos had me thinking we were about to get something way more weird and experimental sonically, something in the kiiikiii lane. I was even sure the title track was gonna lean electropop or drum & bass, so that gap between expectation and execution was a bit disappointing.
That being said, the album is very Red Velvet-coded. You can really feel ... read more
All I have to say is that this is the best release from a Korean male rapper this year so far. I’m actually obsessed. This is straight up DIGICORE excellence with that Electroclash / Complextro gloss. The way this sound is slowly taking over the Korean scene??
effie, sion, nowimyoung… and now EK just came in and sealed the direction. YAHO RED is insane.

It’s been so long since a male K-pop idol dropped a full album that actually feels like something. Page 2 really feels like it was thought through from start to finish. When you listen to it, it’s like a whole journey, you can literally feel a storyline going on. I missed this kind of album in K-pop. The production, the lyrics, the transitions… it’s like everything actually has a purpose.
And you can hear that YG touch in it. That warm storytelling vibe kinda like ... read more
I think she’s going down the same path as Red Velvet’s Wendy and honestly, we’re tired of these Korean ballad mini albums.
But thank God, some of the b-sides are actually eating especially “Show.” It’s giving major Red Velvet vibes, like, am I the only one hearing Irene, Seulgi, Wendy and Joy here?
