One of the greatest trap albums of all time and one of the greatest debut albums in Travis Scott’s “Rodeo” the passion and emotions that were poured into this album are amazing with tracks like Apple Pie and Impossible. The only complaint is that Piss on Your Grave with Kanye West is a terrible song, other than that almost perfect.
Travis Scott’s Utopia gives you a feel for his imagination and creativity for this album and the production shows the vibe he was going for and he successfully achieved that. I felt some of the songs were a little redundant and repetitive, while also seeming some songs were placeholders and didn’t need to be on the album. Still a very solid album coming off some near perfect albums in Jack Boys and ASTRO WORLD
I thought the album was a decent entry after a whole lot of red and self titled but straying a way from his more baby voice in songs and turning into a really deep smoker voice kind of put me off but after a while I got used to it.
