Like most of Peggy’s music, amhac is best experienced at night. BBW makes me feel like im seeing a flashback in slow motion of a beautiful woman running barefoot on the beach and im watching her from behind. Amhac’s production is usually busy and emotional. I’ve played CHASER front-to-back many times on my leisure. No matter how often i play it, this EP is always an irresistibly fun listen.
Beneath the visceral energy of its surface, CHASER has some really cool production choices. Its lyrics are usually depressing and are often from the perspective of someone who is abused by their partner.
