1 point for loonboon. fantastic game
fantastic chiptune soundtrack. this game was huge part of the indie game/retro renaissance we saw in the 2010s and to this day
favorite track is everybody falls. generic but definitely not a bad time
favorites are system select, bingo highway, and emerald challenge. this game is so slept on and so is it's soundtrack. unique melodies galore.
there are so many iconic tracks on all 3 volumes. my favorites here are feisty flowers and final battle. Everhood may look like an undertale clone, but its music (and by extension its battle gameplay) goes above and beyond making a path of its own.
the mellow direction doesnt really land for me, even though i know that's the point of the DLC. haven't played it but i only like 2 songs on this album
Sephonie's soundtrack is more mellow, with nature influences. not bad by any means though. and most of these are on my game playlist.
Melos takes it up another notch with these tracks. another hit.
such unique and atmospheric tracks. relies on such interesting instruments and melodies. huge part of what made me fell in love with this game and developer.
Challenge Accepted is way more iconic, but these tracks are also great. awesome techno type beats to get you in the mood of rolling some damn marbles
i wont listen to any of this again but i loved all of it. a really fun romp.
put Burficit on my playlist
another good album. not all of the songs are recurring listens for me but the club like production definitely takes the group in a fresh step. my favorites are pizza boy, jennifer, and shark week. (He's obama in the streets but he thinks he's osama in the sheets!!!!!!!)
AI created some of the writing, but thank god they actually sung it themselves and made sure it was interesting. cant say that often these days.
literally my album of the year. pRETTy and failure are my only skips, but man, this was a pleasant surprise and got me interested into maybe looking into his discography more
it has the song you used to know on there. plus some other good tracks like "easy way out". doesn't feel as impactful as drawing blood though
definitely worth a cursory listen if you wanna see what Gotye was up to. some of the songs do drag and it is forgettable slightly, but its alright
highlights for me (back when i got into it) are leanalilgivinanloving and thanks for you time
