Kendrick's most fun album. The west coast beats are fire, and Kendrick's bars and inflections are as good as ever.

Love this album. Nicely layered production with crisp and lush instrumentation. The blend of strings, guitar, drums, and synths work together so well. Slide Tackle is the highlight of the album and perfectly encapsulates the album’s sounds and themes of joy. Upbeat with very satisfying saxophone sections. Zauner’s lyricism and narratives are witty and drive so much of the album’s fun and charm.
