I'd reckon that modern Avalanches are actually quite strong, seeing this track. This is a very interesting vibe, takes a very modern approach to their usual samplepedia style. The drops are so fun, the chorus actually incredibly endearing. I'm in that apparently smaller boat that's happy to see this band's sound evolve and change so strongly over time.
An engrossing, sensual album with a consistently high quality bar & trove of original ideas. The more I listened, the more the very light theming being explored in this LP stuck with me, and the more engrossed I found myself in Uchis's voice & presentation.

An explosive, glistening record that feels like a somewhat confused cross between a sequel of their previous LP, "Clancy," and a celebration of the band's journey thus far.
