Although some tracks are not as hard hitting as others, the highlights are just so pretty that they make up for the rest. A delicate and beautiful album.

I’ve been a fan of Samia ever since her 2020 debut, The Baby. That, to me, had been one of the best albums of its year and I go back to it so frequently it might just be one of my favorite albums. When she came out with Honey in 2023, I liked some of the songs but wasn’t convinced throughout the whole project, that potential I saw just 3 years before wasn’t shining through then. It is now.
