Cherish my love and this song sit at same table of being hits with very cringe lines of talking in English out of nowhere. It really REALLY doesn't give. Which kind of summarizes the attitude of the producers that aim to flatter the public, not their discography
Kard aren't exactly known for being the group that has the best deliveries music wise so I'm kinda not completely taken aback. I'm not sure if it's as horrendous as we can read on here, but that might be a personal thing because I indeed really was not expecting anything. All the three different sounds present in the EP are themselves nothing special linked to whatever sound Kard has in their discography, and thus because they don't have any trademark sonically ... read more
Im glad to say I didn't change my mind on them since the first ep, I've been intrigued and I remain intrigued of both releases that are as good in my opinion. Meaning, we have two very good songs / experimenting while finding the good formula. And the others being cool, good, weird, very them, but not really listenable, to me. Not a bad one tho, only weird songs lacking a little bit of chemistry songs like 404 or delulu have, and I'd say that chemistry is proper work and time ... read more
The way heize is doing her own thing completely out of the loop of the trends, just dedicating herself to complete a very coherent and personified discography. The mention of a "part 1" letting us know that even if the hype isn't so big, she seems to plan to continue for a long time, bc she's no idol anymore, she's a musician. A very talented one, and on this one, the instruments are absurdly pretty. I have my favorites but all the songs are extremely well produced and ... read more
Everyone talked about how good about how good the mv was but no one how mid the music is. I understand that a good branding can be enough to entertain ppl but it doesn't make it a good release. Maybe I'm saying all this bc I'm not into house, but it really sounds so little new, it's not captivating, repetitive as fuck. I'm kind of into invested in you tho, the instruments is simple but isn't so kpop like even if it's a style that is no unfamiliar with kpop, ... read more
Mmmmmmmh just bravo kind of, this one is very humble and btw very little known but yk it's got the essence of all those ancient kpop releases, not refined but pretty and weirdly genuine with all its defaults. I could save all the songs if the producing was a little more mastered. Hoping for an upcoming remastering of all those oldish kpop masterpieces that were suffering of an obvious lack of budget
To me we witnessed a sudden drop of good quality in a lot of fields, feel less risky and adventuring as the other releases not bc it's more generic but bc it's going a bit too much the same way as those, I feel like I heard all those songs in their previous releases and while it's safe so I understand, it doesn't bring anything engaging. The songs are okay-ish and I could listen to them but I have to admit that it's so similar to their other releases that it makes it ... read more
Finally releasing something so we can see what they have in the tummy as we say in french to basically say what they have to prove themselves worth the respect of the public. At least as an interesting idol group. And I'm not as skeptical as ppl on here. Especially bc if it was only for the girls I'd be streaming a few songs such as hot, bailey went fire on it, the rap is chefs kiss and this soooound directly coming from those kind of where the party at kind of vibes without copying ... read more
Not cute anymore is a banger what a shame it was given to a group that is now the face of the lost struggle by five of the bravest idols. Illit is forever doomed and while I want to listen to them I think we should consider in which context they're releasing all those songs
Never been so convinced by Chuu's sound and overalls choices, but which I really respect is that she's very coherent and the discography just makes sense, you can tell she's the singer only by hearing the instrumental. Unfortunately, not being so bad, it's not my cup of tea. Especially of her voice that I find kind of... ordinary? The tittle is the perfect example of all that, a groovy and synth pop sound that is pleasing, very chuu like, and the rest of the song sonically ... read more
First attempt at making a bad new jack swing piece of kpop. I'm kind of joking, bc the songs, sonically are fine and very nostalgic which makes it convincing but it's at the same time so cheesy. Like I'd love all the songs if it was more worked on in the lyrics and vocal technic field. Like hiphop doesn't suit them at all and those instruments would have been very good being paired with more appropriate vocals, fuzzy soda esp should have went to a more rap oriented group for ... read more
A few good ones, unfortunately relying on musical traditions that give it a lot of substance and credit (RnB, groovy tracks) without a lot of effort, there's no actual work or style research, they're just sticking to, yes excellent, existing (way ahead of them) sound. Thus, it remains soulless, but good nevertheless. I fear a lot of modhaus releases suffer from this same exact problem. No pb with the songs, refined, coherent (this album sure assuring a continuity with their previous ... read more
Apparent continuity with girls will be girls, that is already close to their initial style. Fits them a lot. I feel like they're starting to finally solidify their overall vibe and sound. The more electro leaning sound is not for me but it's the finally an extend to all the discourses about the group identity. I feel they can grow a lot and do their own thing pursuing adopting this posture

And I'm going to threaten every single person that will try to express a single touch of bad review.
Yo so, my fav came back home, and it's not perfect, but it's exactly what it's supposed to be. It's not the aseptic classic kpop album, with catchy tracks with the perfect and smooth arrangements, it's something she did on her own, displaying her idea of pop music while being the main maker (I believe a producer helped during the arrangements) - we can hear, in ... read more
Suffer from the typical bland kpop branding (from the cover to the songs names), but the songs are actually, sonically nice, even if not that comfortable to listen bc of the voice work that I personnaly dislike. The beats are catchy it's not some top tiers production but it doesn't sound that much cheap
Oh so they're getting better. They nailed the concept I'm verry surprised I'm there that many days after the release
The muchachos com ojos tristes took me out haha, a perfect introduction for an album that is way WAY better than the first one. It's not cohesive but also racecar manages to link, make a bridge between all the genres approached in the other songs, nu disco, electronic music, dance pop
Even i really don't care about their music so far, I'm so happy they stopped releasing singles and think they should have included the previous ones in this album (not the remix, as it was, and both ... read more
