I've listened to this album over and over and then want to listen to it again. Every song flows really well but are all unique. Tame Impala continue to impress with a third amazing album.
Rich, yet grimy. Drenge combines the heaviness of psychedelic noise rock, and the playfulness of indie rock in their riffs and beats. They create a wall of sound while keeping it lo-fi with only 3 band members. This album needs a listen for those who like any genre or subgenre of rock.
Simply put, this album is amazing. The album name really does it justice with it's beautiful images it creates in your mind and dream-like state that the sounds produce.
This is a great lo-fi indie pop album, that goes great with a relaxing day. The songs flow really well, and are well written. something that is done really well on this album is the contradicting tones where there are sketchy and sad sounding tones under a bright upbeat guitar and vocals.
