Wish it was either just live songs are just studio releases but overall solid I also really wish this trio had more music
Good music but in the grand scheme of jazz to come this isn’t anything special
Everyone else is wrong this album is peak and the best headhunters album
Hang up your hang ups and traitor are some of his best
Sun touch and heartbeat are good but not my fav and the other songs are also great

Really good piano but besides that nothing special in the world of 60s jazz
So much fun
There are parts I’m not a big fan of like the first half of peaches I also don’t love the sax solo on gumbo but the guitar work is insane

The other songs could fit on his last 2 projects easily and I already feel those albums were a move in the wrong direction being pretty generic compared to what he’s capable of which he starts to show on here again for the first time since euro glime (not a huge fan of euro glime anyways but that project was unique)"

"@recordmusic18 the soundtrack perfectly fits the movie and I wouldn’t want a different soundtrack for such a perfect movie but on its own when treated like a normal album of music it’s not great
Like the ost for the video game like a dragon kenzan it’s a bad album on its own but the feudal Japan setting fits perfect for the style of music"
