If this is your introduction to the genre, you're most likely gonna hate it. If you've enjoyed other math/metalcore acts from this era (such as Norma Jean, On Broken Wings, The Number Twelve Looks Like You) you might be more fond of this messy, raw and loud sound. the first step in the right direction for this band. pretty solid metalcore! i could argue it's not deathcore enough but it's ALMOST there. kind of surprising how much their sound changed considering Doom released just one year after this.
Almost flawless demo. The way cleans sound pisses me the fuck off though I don't feel like they fit at all with what they're going for, but instrumentally this short EP is better than most Melodic Metalcore I've heard, almost Broken By Silence (who I think are the best to ever do it) levels of good!
