It’s a pretty good album. I don’t think anything is really all too great besides Raise Your Hands and Mars to Liverpool but it’s consistently nice to listen to unlike previous LG albums. The guitar work is so stand out, would’ve loved to seen the tour of this but alas I became an Oasis fan the month it finished :(
Real strong entry into LGs solo career I enjoyed this a lot and I’m really surprised - it echoes that gritty songwriting you find especially in early Oasis. Just with an elevated sound yes some of it does sound quite safe but lyrically it’s great. More Power is a T10 Oasis track #tobehonest.
Mucky Fingers worst song of all time a disaster to Britain as a whole
Perhaps one of the most overhated albums I’ve ever heard, the BULK of this album is really strong especially that 3 track run of Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Songbird and Little By Little. I don’t see what’s not to like here in all honesty, it’s a real enjoyable listen
