Lil Shine - Losing Myself

This album was better than i expected, there's not much variety, but it works. The tracks are repetitive and catchy with floaty production and auto tuned drenched vocals. I will admit the it starts to lose steam through the end of the album but nevertheless it's a really great listem

Malcolm Todd - Sweet Boy

This mixtape as okay, I think it captures the ''indie'' aesthetic perfectly since It carries a distinct homemade sound throughtout the entire project, however I feel like most of the tracks blur together unfortunately and half of the tracks don't really stand out profoundly. I can appreciate highlights like Earrings and Sweet Boy, but overall it was pretty underwhelming

A$AP Rocky - Don't Be Dumb

Don't be Dumb was definetly worth the long wait, with Rocky bouncing through eclectic range of styles and moods across the album. He hasn't lost his signature swagger. Tracks like STFU and Robbery are highlights, but Stop Snitching arguably hits the hsrdest on the project. Lyrically, Rocky doesnt lean too deep into introspection here where unlike his last album. Alot of the writing revolves around his family and his relationship with Rihanna, which gives the album a casual life style ... read more

Adele - 21

Adele's most successful work and is regarded as one of the best selling albums in the 21st century. Her voice is powerful , which works perfectly with the album's somber atmosphere. The album is focused, with it's theme of emotional fallout, however the listening experience can feel emotionally draining from start to finish, due to the weight stacking up.

Noah Kahan - The Great Divide
20

Noah's latest album didn't leave a mark on me. It feels repetetive from start to finish, with vocals that start to get irritating over the runtime. Sonically, it comes off as manufactured, almost like the kind of music you'd hear playing in the background at Target. Even when there are emotional or lyrical moments that try to stand out, they get buried under the sameness of the production and pacing, which was difficult to engage with and barely added up to something memorable
