Her best project to date. I loved the various influences across the tracks, ranging from hip-hop to trap, hyperpop and rock, and everything inbetween.
First half of the album is banger after banger after banger, each song feels and sounds very unique in its own right while Kim still manages to bring out a cohesive story and atmosphere with Detour.

Wonderful little post-rock revival album. Has some great emotional beats and actually wonderful lyrics sprinkled throughout, coupled with groovy and rocking guitars, bass and drums. Tom Smith's vocals have always been the highlight of Editors for me and this album is no different. His voice soars over each track as a powerful instrument all of its own, which both complements and is complemented by the instrumentals incredibly well. Not an amazing album but definitely worth a listen.
Beautiful instrumentals, beautiful lyrics, beautiful sounds. Liked the second half better than the first half to be honest, but the pop soundscape is wonderful across each track regardless. Definitely coming back to this one on repeat.
First of all, love the production choices here. Took me a song or two to get used to how raw and frankly even slightly flawed the songs sounded. Once you see it from the perspective of watching the band play, and seeing Hope Sandoval sing as her voice echoes throughout the room and each track, you realise the ethereal nature behind the music.
