This record was so important to me for a long time and it still has a solid place on my favorites. Dire Straits is an one-of-a-kind band with unique style, instrumentation, and vocals. ‘Walk of Life’, ‘So Far Away’ and ‘Brothers in Arms’ are my favorite songs on this album that is uniquely nostalgic and timeless to me.
Fun album with little bops. Always good to see their adaptability and versatility.

90-99: masterpieces mercifully gifted to mortals.
