This is one of the most genuine and beautiful collection of songs I've ever heard. In a sea over produced crap known in the modern music scene, this is a breath of fresh air. No vocal tuning. No autotune. No digital effects. No obnoxious guest vocalists. No pop culture references. No stupid artist beef. No social media plug ins. No fake instruments. A catchy and groovy album that has lots of softer and calm moments, and also an unexpected dark edge to it. The entire album feels VERY old, much older than '94 (something that could be said about most of their Furler work), and the entire thing gives off a uncanny/cursed vibe to it for some reason, most likely due to the excellent closer Elle G., which describes a friend's suicide and the writer's feelings in relation to it.
