i love how each song tells it’s own unique story that adds to the whole narrative. i love when artists can convey their emotions in clever ways but even though she is clever she also uses simple language to provoke emotion to us, the listener.. it’s dazzling seeing someone so down to earth make this kind of impact as it inspires other creative types to push forward with their stories. she has a great future in music and history, i can see it
Now 80s Pop isn’t really my cup of tea and I would probably benefit from another listen or two to get the whole scope of the album but regardless it was pretty good. I only listened to it because one of my best friends recommended that I listen to it and I’m glad that I did. It was well made and it felt like I was just floating in Heaven throughout the entire album.
It was visceral in a way that it felt like I was watching a movie. I enjoyed it a lot but it probably isn’t ... read more
I didn’t expect this from Rebecca Black but here we are.. I was surprised by how well made this EP was. It’s not crazy but it definitely has some bangers and she definitely worked really hard on this. I like her sound a lot and the hyper pop genre really works for her and as this is my first true exposure to the genre itself it certainly won me over. I look forward to any music she makes in the future. Good job!
It was fine but I didn’t really feel like this was a bop but I could definitely see where she’s going with this. I like the beginning portions but it fell a bit flat afterwards as it all seemed uninspired. I’m not trying to go all pretentious here but she definitely has the potential for greater things.
This song is beyond words, everything about this just screams auteur. Real musicians like Tom McDonald, YUNGBLUD, and Lil Xan are the only artists comparable to this masterpiece. I’ve listened to this song everyday of my life and have painstakingly tried to unravel the mysteries of the lyrics.
Fiona Apple, Kendrick Lamar, and Michael Jackson aren’t real music. Dream is the best musician of all time. This song speaks to me and other teens/young adults on such a level that it ... read more
I love this song so much!! It means so much to me and I’m extremely happy that it got an official release so I don’t have to resort to a YouTube fan edit
Literally one of the worst songs I’ve ever listened to in my entire life.. so far
It has it’s moments and I definitely don’t want to shit on Bieber especially given the subject matter of the album but god damn I just don’t like a decent chunk of these songs. Some of them were fine and I even liked the one with Jaden Smith, it also doesn’t help that half these songs play at my work all the time. If you’re a JB fan then this review shouldn’t bother you but if you’re on the fence then don’t bother.
